Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PrimaryPart ("PrimaryPart," "the Service"), a platform developed and operated by PrimaryPart Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service includes the PrimaryPart Grand Module (the "Module"), the software you integrate into your Roblox game.

1. Stage A - Early Access Phase

PrimaryPart is currently operating in Stage A, an early-access phase focused on platform development and refinement. During this period, the following conditions apply:

  • Feature Iteration: Features and functionalities may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice.
  • Service Availability: No uptime guarantees or service-level agreements (SLA) apply during Stage A.
  • Data Retention: Historical data retention is not guaranteed, as data structures may change during platform updates.
  • "As-Is" Provision: The Service is provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

By using the Service during Stage A, you acknowledge and accept these operational parameters and limitations.

2. Eligibility

To use PrimaryPart, you must:

  • Be 13 years of age or older
  • Hold a valid, active Roblox account in good standing
  • Comply with Roblox's Terms of Use, Community Standards, and Developer policies at all times
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction

3. Account and API Keys

Your PrimaryPart account is linked to your Roblox account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your API keys confidential. You may not share, sell, or transfer your API keys to any third party.

You can rotate or replace your API key at any time from your game settings in the dashboard, and you are responsible for updating it across your game scripts and environments. If you suspect a security compromise and require immediate manual assistance, contact us at [email protected].

4. Permitted Use

The Service may be used only in connection with legitimate Roblox game development and analytics purposes. By connecting your Roblox account, you authorize PrimaryPart to access your Roblox universe data as permitted by the OAuth scopes you approved during the authorization flow.

You may not use the Service to:

  • Engage in any activity that violates Roblox's Terms of Use, Community Standards, or Developer policies
  • Resell, sublicense, or grant unauthorized third-party access to the Service or your API keys
  • Circumvent rate limits, exploit undocumented endpoints, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service
  • Collect or process personally identifiable player data in violation of applicable privacy laws, including GDPR or COPPA
  • Automate requests in a manner that degrades the Service for other users
  • Engage in any fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity in connection with the Service

5. Developer Responsibilities and Player Data

PrimaryPart provides the infrastructure, but you control your game and your integration. As a Developer using the Service, you agree to the following:

  • Compliance: Ensure your integration and use of the Service strictly complies with Roblox's Terms of Use, Community Standards, and all applicable Developer policies.
  • Transparency: Maintain an appropriate privacy policy or notice within your game, informing players that analytical metrics are processed via third-party infrastructure (PrimaryPart) to optimize and improve your game's overall gameplay and user experience.
  • Use the Module as provided: Do not alter, bypass, or tamper with the Module's built-in privacy protections, and do not expose or overwrite any data the Module stores on your behalf.
  • Player Requests: Because we do not receive directly identifying information about players, we cannot identify or locate an individual player on our own. You remain responsible for receiving and handling requests from your players about their data. When you ask us, through the deletion tools we provide, to delete a player's data, we permanently disassociate and anonymize the corresponding event records, while retaining generalized telemetry.
  • No Personal Data: You must not transmit direct player identifiers, real-world personal data, or any other personally identifiable information (PII) to PrimaryPart.

By using the Service, you explicitly acknowledge that you act as the Data Controller regarding your players' data, and PrimaryPart acts strictly as a Data Processor operating under your instructions.

Data Processing Terms. These terms form the data processing agreement between us. Subject matter and purpose: providing analytics and related API services for your Roblox experiences. Duration: for as long as your account is active, plus the retention periods stated in our Privacy Policy. Types of data: player event data and gameplay metrics. Categories of data subjects: players of your Roblox experiences. We will (a) process player data only on your documented instructions, (b) keep it confidential and apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures, (c) engage only the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy and give you notice before adding a new one, (d) assist you with data subject requests as described above, and (e) delete or return player data on termination, except for aggregate statistics that cannot be attributed to any individual.

Security Incident Notification. If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting data we process on your behalf, we will notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of it, and provide the information reasonably available to us so you can meet your own notification obligations.

6. Plans and Payments

Parts of the Service are free, and some features may require a paid plan. Current plans and pricing are described on the PrimaryPart website, and payments are handled by our payment provider.

During Stage A, plans and pricing may differ from the final production model. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice.

7. Intellectual Property and Your Data

PrimaryPart, including its API, dashboard, and documentation, is the intellectual property of PrimaryPart Labs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the closed-source platform without express written permission. You're welcome to modify the Module, extend it, or share wrapper tools and helper packages with the community - as long as they are kept strictly free of charge and serve the PrimaryPart ecosystem. You may not sell, monetize, or repurpose the Module (or any tools built around it) into a standalone, commercial, or competing service. The Module source is published for transparency and ease of integration, but it is released under the terms of this section and not under an open-source license. The LICENSE file distributed with the Module governs its use and reflects these same restrictions.

Your Data Remains Yours. You retain full ownership of your proprietary game data. We process your private data to deliver your authenticated dashboard and services. Beyond that, we may use it only in aggregated, de-identified form that cannot be attributed to any individual game, developer, or player, and we never sell, share, display, or publish your private metrics (such as monetization figures or in-game revenue) to any third party or on any public platform.

8. Support and Diagnostics

The Module includes built-in diagnostics that we rely on when investigating problems. During Stage A, any error resolution, incident investigation, or session-recovery assistance we provide is offered as a courtesy, ex gratia and beyond any legal obligation, on a best-efforts basis and without any service-level commitment. That assistance depends on those diagnostics staying intact: if you disable, modify, suppress, or delete them, or reconfigure the Module so that it no longer produces them, we may stop providing assistance for the affected instances at any moment and without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. PrimaryPart Labs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. This disclaimer applies with particular force during Stage A.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrimaryPart Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if PrimaryPart Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall PrimaryPart Labs' aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the total amounts paid by you to PrimaryPart Labs in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. For users on a free tier, PrimaryPart Labs' liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable at the principal place of business of PrimaryPart Labs, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence grant you broader rights, nothing here deprives you of them.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
