Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: August 18, 2026

PrimaryPart Labs is committed to making PrimaryPart ("the Service") accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We want everyone who uses our website, dashboard, and documentation to have a clear and usable experience, regardless of the technology or abilities they rely on.

1. Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the internationally recognized standard for digital accessibility. These guidelines explain how to make web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people with a wide range of disabilities.

2. Measures We Take

Accessibility is considered as part of how we build the Service, not as an afterthought. Our ongoing measures include:

  • Using semantic HTML and clear document structure.
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
  • Supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus for interactive elements.
  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast in both light and dark themes.
  • Respecting the operating system's reduced-motion preference for animations.
  • Reviewing new pages and features against accessibility guidelines before release.

3. Conformance Status

PrimaryPart is currently operating in an early-access phase, and the Service is evolving quickly. As a result, we describe our conformance as partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: most of the Service meets the standard, but some areas may not yet fully conform. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and work to improve it over time.

4. Third-Party Content

Some parts of the experience rely on third-party services (for example, Roblox sign-in and payment processing). We do not control the accessibility of content or interfaces provided by these third parties, but we choose vendors that take accessibility seriously and will work to offer accessible alternatives where reasonably possible.

5. Changes to This Statement

We may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time as the Service and our accessibility practices evolve. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.

6. Feedback and Reporting a Barrier

We welcome your feedback. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on PrimaryPart, or need information from the Service in a different format, please contact us and we will do our best to help and resolve the issue.

Please include the page address, a description of the problem, and the browser or assistive technology you were using, so we can reproduce and address it as quickly as possible. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
